We have developed a pellet fryer with output of 300-500 kgs/hr. of fried pellet. The fryer is suitable for expanded food suitable for snack manufacturing enterprises. The fryer is fully automatic with continuous frying.

It have the following features :
* Oil temperature control by the thermostat.
* Oil level control by the oil level flow switch with auto top up.
* The whole system consist of the fryer, oil storage tank, oil filtering system, feed
   oil pump, heat exchanger, over night oil pump deoiling and electrical control
   panel.
* The system circulate oil flow out from the fryer to filtering system to feed oil pump
   to heat exchanger and flow back to fryer at 175°C.
* Oil storage tank will auto pump to filter machine whever the oil in the fryer fall     
   below it's level.
