Fried Potato Chips Processing Line
Potato chips are one of the snack foods that has become very popular among the young and old generation and is sold in the market worldwide.
Our Potato chip processing line are one of the most advance equipment with fully automatic and continuous process with four main stages only;
1. Raw materials stage - washing, peeling, slicing, cold and hot water process.
2. Frying stage - water blowing, frying, oil driping.
3. Seasoning and Cooling stage - flavour seasoning coating process and cooling conveyor.
4. Packing stage - vibrating hopper, Z conveyor, weigher and packing to programmed weight.
We will install and commission the processing line plus production and to train your technicians both in the mechanical and electrical operations before we hand over the equipment.
