Hand Printers are designed to provide an efficient, manual method of printing date
codes, product IDs, lot numbers or other shipping and handling data. This lightweight
hand coder is ideal for use in the shipping room or the warehouse where automatic
coding is not possible.

Non-indexing Hand Printers continuously print at repeat intervals equal to the drum
circumference. Indexing hand printers have a print drum that returns to the same start
position after each rotation allowing for accurate print registration.
These units are designed for use with porous roller coder ink for marking on cardboard
and other porous materials.

Stock printers are equipped with. ribtype die system and dry microcell roll.
Ribtype dies make changing codes and other data quick and easy, minimizing costly
down time.

Non-porous hand printers fill the requirement for a portable, hand held roll coder designed for marking on metal, plastic, rubber and other materials that require fast drying solvent based inks.

This unit utilizes the unique technology of the patented non-porous inking system. This system effectively prevents the evaporation of solvents from the enclosed ink roll and allows the usage of inks that dry as fast as 2 seconds at 75 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperatures.

The print drum's cam indexing mechanism provides for accurate print registration on smaller parts or the units can be used in a non-indexing, continuous print mode for printing long lengths of materials such as metal sheets.

The non-porous inking system design utilizes both an ink roll and an engraved anilox roll to apply ink to the rubber printing dies. Both rolls are mounted in tightly sealed aluminum housing which effectively prevents solvent evaporation from the ink roll during use.

These coders are ideal for printing alloy specifications on metal flat bar and sheet materials or printing lot numbers, date codes or product identification information
on any flat, non-porous surface. The high quality impressions are both weather proof and fade resistant and can be applied at rates much faster than conventional hand stamping.

The non-porous hand printers are supplied with a re-inkable XF Neoprene Ink Roll. Disposable Type MT Black Ink Rolls are available. Ribtype rubber type and or logo dies are sold separately.
